VibraLifeGuard

The solution for vibration-free patient transport:
Active spring-damping system with acceleration compensation technology
provides maximum protection during medical transport – on road and in the air

Zero Tolerance
for Vibrations.

A magnetically suspended platform that compensates 99.9% of every vibration in real time using AI — before it reaches the body.

Impact

Why this
matters so much.

Every transport of a critically ill patient is a risk — especially for premature infants. Vibrations amplify bleeding, destabilize fractures, exhaust personnel. VibraLifeGuard neutralizes up to 99.9% of it — in real time, from neonatology to emergency medicine.

60,000+

Premature births per year

In Germany alone — many of them must be transferred immediately after birth.

+30%

More brain bleeds

Transport-related vibrations measurably increase the risk for newborns.

59.5%

Affected EMS workers

Report physical discomfort due to vibrations during deployments.

250K €

Cost per brain bleed

One prevented bleed saves up to €250,000 in treatment and follow-up costs.

Case Study

Real Data.
Real Impact.

We do what science has long called for.

In collaboration with MedCareVisions, Munich Fire Department, the German Heart Center, and TUM, we conducted a realistic simulation of a neonatal transport — including patient handover, incubator transfer, and drive through Munich city center.

This pilot project enabled one of the first continuous real-time vibration recordings during a complete neonatal transport. Significant dynamic forces were measured on all axes.

Medical Evidence

Studies and guidelines confirm a clear link between neonatal transport and increased complication and mortality rates. In adult emergency care, mechanical stress is also increasingly recognized as a relevant factor for patient comfort, pain levels, and treatment stability.

"This technology can play a key role in low-vibration neonatal transports — and reduce the risk of brain bleeds in extremely premature infants. A reliable system like this is urgently needed."
— Chief Neonatologist, University Hospital Germany
